1. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return your physical product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@celticembodiment.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@celticembodiment.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

For items lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All claims submitted after this period cannot be accommodated. We will investigate with An Post and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Preorders

By placing a preorder you are reserving a copy of a limited edition print run. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Estimated dispatch for the Sunset Journal first edition is September 2026. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will contact you directly by email with an updated timeline.

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch by contacting support@celticembodiment.com.

4. Stock Limitations

Any orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations will be refunded in full.

5. Postage and Delivery

All orders are dispatched via An Post, Ireland’s national post service. International shipping is available to selected destinations and is calculated at checkout.

For non-EU orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. The Celtic Creatives cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges incurred at customs.

If you order up to three copies, we will cover the additional postage cost. Orders of more than three copies may be subject to additional postage charges, which we will discuss with you directly before dispatch.

6. Payment and Data

Payments are processed securely via Squarespace and Stripe. We do not store your card details. For full information on how your personal data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Statement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the purchase of physical products from The Celtic Creatives will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
