This is why we have created THRESHOLD, a 31-day activation to guide us through the wisdom of:

  • Samhain to Imbolc,

  • The Cailleach to Brigid,

  • Decay to fertility,

  • Death to conception,

  • From the sleeping bones of winter to the awakening of new life in spring.

Activation

What do we mean by activation?

Well, we certainly don’t mean an electrical jolt to the system, or a January spinning class.

The etymology of the word ‘active’ means ‘given to worldly activity’. For us, activation is about animating, enlivening, ensouling our worldly activity in 2026 with otherworldly foundations—an otherworldly support system.

Working with the ceantar, the Irish word for your locality or what we might call ‘this world’, and the alltar, the ‘Otherworld’—to alter your entry into 2026 so it becomes one that is guided by your soul, and heart’s desire (the heart being the compass of your soul).

In doing so, you are also making an offering to the ancestral altar. This activation is for both the personal—your journey of individuation, of becoming who you are called to be—and the collective field that includes our world and the ancestral Otherworld.

Moon to Moon

The Earth, Milky Way and Moon by Wladyslaw Benda

Beginning on the new moon in Capricorn on 18th January, each day for 31 days you will receive a daily ritual to work in co-creation with the seasonal energies and archetypes as guides for an enchanted 2026.

We end on the expansive new moon in Aquarius on 17th February, the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse.

The rituals will be amplified by three live 2-hour ceremonies at the beginning, middle and end of our journey together.

You can expect an alchemical brew of Irish folk wisdom, Celtic myth and folklore, guided audio journeys, creative practices, journalling exercises, and embodiment tools. The rituals are designed to flow into your day with ease, not another thing for your to-do list.

Your Guides

Your guides for THRESHOLD are Jennifer Murphy of The Celtic Creatives and Sarah Richardson of Womb and Word Collective. Together, we have formed Dream Midwifery, a mystery school of ancient Irish midwifery, myth, medicine and magic. Here, the Otherworld is an active participant, not a metaphor. Our mission is to midwife your return to a fuller expression of your lifeforce through the Irish mystery tradition.

Jennifer Murphy (or Jen) is an Irish mythologist, anthropologist and creativity mentor, and founder of The Celtic Creatives. A Dubliner born and bred, from the time she could talk, Jen's grandmother Frances O'Sullivan filled her ears with tales from Irish myth and folklore, fuelling a now 40-year fascination with the stories of her lineage. Jen's apprenticeship to following her soul’s breadcrumbs over the past twenty years has guided her work and formal studies in Medieval Irish and Celtic Studies, Sociocultural Anthropology, Creativity and Innovation, and Jungian Psychology with Art Therapy. She supports creatives from diverse fields to (re)connect with the mythopoetic imagination of Ireland, using ancient wisdom to inform modern creativity through myth, dreamwork, imagination and the body.

Jen's Qualifications

Sarah Richardson is the author of WOMAN: A Guide to Living Your Best Life by Setting Yourself Free and Coming Home to Your True Self. A midwife of conscious conception, birth, death & rebirth. A woman of the medicine way. Sarah brings over 15 years of experience in the medical field and the mysteries. Her work is a safe welcoming hand — and a cheeky wink — across the veil, guiding others into deeper connection with the unseen and the ancestors. She serves as a living portal into the otherworld, inviting others to remember, reclaim, reconnect and rejoice in the fullness of their authentic selves. Her soul’s devotion is to the Goddess in all her forms — restoring our connection to our sacred source so we can receive the radiant, embodied BIG life that is our birthright.

When you click to purchase, you will be guided to set up an account on Pathwright (if you don’t have one). Once logged in, you’ll have a settling in section, along with a curated playlist to get the vibes flowing.

We begin on 18th January with our first live call on 19th January (1-3PM Irish Time with replay available).

FAQS

  • You can join from Nollaig na mBan on 6th January until doors close once our activation begins on 18th January.

  • No prior knowledge is needed. This work is open and accessible to anyone feeling called into deeper connection with the Irish mystery tradition.

  • You will have access for two months after we close, until the new moon in Aries on 17th April. This strikes a balance between the momentum needed to complete the activation and the spaciousness required to integrate it fully.

  • The live ceremonies are on the following dates:
